✨ A&A Hair Design Studio Policies ✨ We’re so excited to have you in our chair and can’t wait to give you your dream hair 💕 To keep everything running smoothly and fairly for all guests, please review our booking policies below: ⸻ ⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 20%of the scheduled service. • This time is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes make it difficult to fill your spot. ⸻ 🚫 No-Shows We completely understand things happen, but missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service total. ⸻ ⏳ Late Arrivals We allow a 15-minute grace period 💕 After that, your appointment may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled to respect the next guest’s time.
